Earn While You Learn: Level 3 & 4 Apprenticeships

In partnership with the Chichester College Group, our on-site Training Academy has successfully qualified over 170 technicians. We offer accredited Level 3 and Level 4 Composite Technician apprentice pathways and NVQs that blend real world manufacturing experience with dedicated classroom theory. With nearly a third of our senior full time engineering staff having graduated from our internal academy, we provide clear, structured advancement pathways from day one.
