Our heritage reaches back to G-Force, the founding business, that was established in 1991.
When the original G-Force became Global Technologies Racing in 2003, our focus was motorsport. That is where we built our reputation, and the precision, innovation and quality developed in that environment remain at the heart of the business today.

The GTR Training and Development Centre.
Advanced manufacturing is only as good as the hands that build it. At GTR, we don’t just hire talent – we create it. In collaboration with colleges and universities, our dedicated, Training and Development Centre has successfully trained over 170 technicians and graduates through our accredited Level 3 & 4 Apprentice Composite Technician programs. With close to 30% of our current full-time workforce originating directly from our internal training centre, our clients benefit from a highly stable, deeply skilled, and scalable production team built to support long-term, multi-year contracts.
